What prop that you made is your favorite or that you are most proud of?
Mine are my candles. I think they came out great and were real easy to make...quick too! (And judging by the amount of talent there is here, I can't wait to see what some of these are!)

I have a lot of hours invested in this hearse which I'm sure is a key reason it is my favorite. . It is my wife's design (Buckaneerbabe) and we built it together. She had this idea in her mind for a long time. She wanted to design a hearse similar to the one in Disney's Hunted Mansion movie with a talking coachman driving. She also had the idea to have a ghost floating above the coffin in the back. I spent countless hours trying to figure out how to get the ghost effect and I think it came out pretty good, though not perfect. You cant really tell in the photo, but the hearse has plexiglas windows and the ghost is actually floating above a coffin inside of the hearse.

I've got three current faves:
Scaled down version of the beloved stone. I have a small yard, so I couldn't do the awesome version that Terra has using the wedding dress and a life-sized mourner.

My raven with the freshly plucked eyeball.
AND...

My moving eyes portrait with the eye mechanism built by DaveInTheGrave. The light is reflecting bad on it in the setup pic, but it really looked awesome in the dimly lit room. I'm really proud of that one.

Great props everyone!!! Mine is (will be) my gravedigger. He is still a work in progress but I'm pretty happy with him so far.
