    Hello forum pals,
I am looking for anyone out there that has bought and is using a hauntbots mp3 player card. I bought one from them and it came with no instructions what so ever and i am having a hard time trying to find the right adaptor to hook up a power supply to it. If there is anyone out there that knows how to do this or could help, please contact me.

Post a pic especially of the power connection? Off the top and out of the blue I would say 12 volt.

And when I hear "card" I automatically think of PC ISA slots.

I should have been more clear. I have a 12 volt power supply wich is what they recommend but it has the wrong connector to hook it to the card.

Radio Shack sells a universal power supply that allows you to select the polarity-voltage-and several connector ends included....They are a little on the expensive side but that will give you what you need....I've looked at the Haunt Bot stuff in the past and seems kind of pricey for all the more features they offer....In the future if you need another audio device, I would HIGHLY recommend Fright Ideas - Boo Tunes....I have not found another company that has their selection of controllers/great service/or price anywhere....Although I have not personally used a Boo Tunes controller, I would still recommend it based on the other products I have used from them in the past....The ease of use/quality of the products is that good!....Good Luck getting it set up and hope that helps....ZR

I figured out the power part of this thing now i have to figure out how to get it to play. I do have to say i am not very happy with hauntbots so far at all. I have tried contacting them many times and am still waiting for any help at all.
You would think that they would have sent me an instruction sheet with this thing. I will check out fright ideas for sure, and thank you for the info.

I just checked the hauntbots link I had bookmarked and the link is dead...I did a search and found a hauntbots-myspace page and he last checked that page in Jan. of this year so you may be successful in contacting them that way....Kind of looks like they may be out of business....Hopefully you can find someone with a manual if nothing else....Good Luck....ZR
