I'm making a fountain, and I want to attach the bucky's skull to my styrofoam. So I'll need to make the skull flat. How would you cut the back of the skull off?

I would think a hack saw would work fine, just go slow and carefully. also a dremel with a cut off wheel would probably work great, just remember your safety glasses wichever method you try.
EVERY DAY TO ME IS HALLOWEEN!

You could also use a miter saw, just let the blade go through slowly. And the more teeth, on the blade, the better.
I am a fan of the Locktite Power Grab brand of clue, found in a caulk tube, at Lowe's or HD.
Will not eat the foam either.

Do you have to use a bucky skull? I hate to see one of those chopped up.
Would a cheap styrofoam skull work in it's place?

Band saw or dremel with cut off wheel. Either way its gonna be tough to get a perfectly flat cut on it unless you're really good with either one. I am not, so i would use a foam skull. It cuts a thousand times easier. Plus its a lot cheaper to replace if i screw up.
Keep in mind a foam skull costs about $5 vs. a buck skull which runs between$15 and $20. Somebody on here sells skulls for mounting them on flat surfaces. They were selling them in the For sale Section. You are going to have to go back a few pages to find the thread but i know you can buy skulls like that and they looked good too."...And out of the darkness, the Zombie did call
True pain and suffering he brought to them all
Away ran the children to hide in their beds,
for fear that the devil would chop off their heads..."

I'm also using blucky arms that are coming out of the back and will be hugging the bottom part of the fountain. Do you think it would look stupid to have a foam skull with blucky arms?

I guess it depends on the skull....
I got some plastic $5.99 skulls from Walgreens that I like better than Bucky skulls.
Are you going to finish the fountain or skeleton parts?
How close is the skull to the arms?
