They look to me like garden stones. So they are about 6in by 4in and maybe 3/4 thick. Flat smooth on the back

Those are awesome. If you cast them you could make a face room or make face columns.

I saw someone do a pathway once of bones on the walls and they combined it with this great whispering audio track that kind of echoed. They were able to send the audio out into multiple places so it was hard to pinpoint where it was coming from. Loved the idea. Maybe something like it could work for you with the faces. I wanted to do something like it with walls of skulls and my theme was going to be "path of lost souls."

I love that Idea. I made my 1st copy today and it came out almost perfect and the imperfections can be easily covered with paint. Love the whisper idea, was going to record different whispers by different people and put a digital recorder under the couch 2 try and freak people out .

If the recording doesn't work out at your end or you end up wanting something else than what you did, I know someone here can recommend a few CDs with good whisper tracks.
Glad to hear that your face mold came out. I've seen people on here do castings but never have myself. How long did yours take?
BTW I found the website that had the whispering wall that I mentioned above. Here's the link: Whispering Walls

It was my very first time casting a mold. There was no time frame on the bottle so i did what i read here and by touch. I did a total of 4 coats and it took me a day. a coat dry ...some tv... a coat dry...some halloween forum...a coat you get the idea. Next day mixed up some plaster and had one done in about 30 mins... Pretty easy straight forward stuff nothing to be a afraid of. Just make sure you give the latex enought time to dry. Thanks for the suggestion on the whispers Ill have to check that out as well as the whisper wall.
