Those look terrific...the ONLY critique I have is the lighting. Remember, the projected faces were filmed with a strong side lighting on the right side of thier faces. You need to duplicate that when lighting the rest of the bust, and stay away from color lights. other wise the illusion is a tad off. Other than that, they look very impressive!

Thanks ! Yeah, the lighting didn't come out exactly how I wanted and the video source I have isn't the best. I threw this video together along with my girlfriends help in a matter of 15 minutes or so. ( We were kinda in a rush, we were headed to DisneyLand for the girlfriends Bday ) I'd like to re-shot it and try to get a better looking video !

So, if you don't mind me asking, how much did this setup cost you?
    minus the projector and computer...
Do you have a list of every thing needed?

The busts are paper mache and I got the video off youtube, so other than the projector it didn't cost that much.It took awhile to make the busts though ! Halloween Forum - bobzilla's Album: Grim Grinning Ghost busts

Glad to finally see them with projection. They turned out Great! I understand the time for the paper mache. I did the Stoloween pumpkins last year. I almost gave up, they were taking forever.
