Looks great! I'm working on a Sam myself except I wimped out and instead of making my own armature just picked up a discount child mannequin. I've got a friend making the orange footie PJs and I'll do the mask and everything else. Looking forward to seeing how yours progresses. How did you go about making the burlap mask?

I draped the burlap over the head in made a cut up each side of the head pulling the front section back and then hot glueing it in place until I sewed the seems.
The body will be filled with plastic shopping bags and fiber fill.Children of the night... What music they make.

That looks great! I really love that little guy in the movie. What I dont understand is why did it never make it to Theaters? That was the best recent Halloween move I have seen in the recent years.
I can't wait to see your Sam finished... Great Work!

That looks great. Can't wait to see the result. I'm trying to figure out how to do the head myself. Did you use a styrafoam ball or what? I don't want my head to look lumpy when I start.
