    Here is one of my jaw molds. Its bigger and flatter so it can be easily clamped onto a rotational caster. Silicone and plati-paste.

    hey scourge can you post a pic of the jaw? I don't know if its the design of mine or inherent the shape of the jaw, but where the jaw connects to the skull grabs the mold and makes removal an exercise in caution.

    I can do that, tomorrow. I am not at the shop anymore (home now). The back of the jaw mold (blue silicone) is flat so after I remove the mother mold it is easily folded to remove the casting. Does that make sense? I better just post pics of the darn thing! I am not good at explaining.

    Yeah I think I get it. Like I modified mine not to key to the support shell anymore so I can slide it out. One the rubber is out of the plastic you can remove it right, but not with the rubber mold keyed to the support mold?

    Yes, exactamondo. I only "key" the silicone haves not the silicone to the mother mold.

    One last question, did you brush these on? Looks like the rebound color on one of the halves.
