First static prop from Halloween '09. (I know, a little late). PVC pipe for back bone, shoulders, arms, and stand. Used 1/4 flex water line for ribs. Covered them in newspaper soaked in bargin bin paint. For the head, used a $4.00 plastic skull and plastic eye balls all found at Target. Also useed same formula on the skull.

I first thought this was wrapped in duct tape..never seen anyone just dip the newspapers in paint...good idea! Make sure and put a red or green light under it to make it creepier!
