I was looking thru the stalk arounds and I remember seeing one that a hard hat was used to make the head nod and shack there head back and forth. But I can't seem to find it again. I had planned on starting my stalk around and would like to base mine kinda off of the hard hat idea.

Another thing... once I get this built, how much fabric should I get? Is there a sewing pattern I could go by?

I think we bought about six yards of material for our Stalker. My girlfriend took a hooded robe pattern, and exagerated all of the measurements, especially the length. It's a good idea to figure out who's going to be wearing it, and tailor it to that person. Ours is pretty top heavy, and we didn't want him stumbling over the robe. At the same time, we didn't want his feet to show, as that would ruin the illusion. It's a fine line.

One can never have too many skulls!
