What were the following steps after you cut and fitted all the pieces together? What did you use as a finish?

Yes did you use drylok? Also did you have anything on the inside to make it more stable?

Let me refer you to the tombstone tutorial that I used for my finish:
Painting Tombstones
I used two coats of Drylok. There is a lot of surface area so it used quite a bit of the gallon. There is no internal framework. Once the Liquid Nails dried, it was rock solid and is featherlight."The name is Ash....housewares."

So, does the Anderson Cemetery know their stone is missing?
Awesome job
Haunt on dude!It is not a sprint, nor a marathon, just a slow meandering down the path to the grave yard.

Heh! I missed the "no" in the quote above, so I thought the .pdf file was a CAD drawing. I got quite a chuckle when I saw your technical drawing instead.
Thanks for providing the measurements, though. I definitely want to make one of these and I can only hope it comes out half as good as yours. Great job!

Love the obelisk. Interesting about having two names on the same stone.
