I was thinking about creating a rig that has two flying crank ghosts dancing.
The way it would work would be like this....
create two independent FCG's then put them on a third motion on a big arm that pivots around it's center slowly. So it looks like they are dancing. There would only have to be one slip ring used because they will always be facing one another. I think it would look really cool..I just have to find time to make it....
A cauldron could be put in the middle of them for effect too...

It sounds very cool. However...I do see a problem with two independent FCG's. I think it would be very difficult to synchronize them togteher. Maybe if they both shared the rigging and you had another rig to move them together. Does that make sense?

I was thinking about that and you could rig them together to get sync. I don't know if sync is necessary how do you think it would look independent? Actually two pairs of FCG's would look cool arm in arm... that way sync wouldn't matter.. you could tie the one set of hands together and the heads could be rigged together...that sounds even better. Something like a ballroom dance...
