Thread: Help with Chernabog

Hello all! We are doing a Fantasmic theme this year, as I have posted a few times. I am currently working on a Chernabog. The plan is to make him like most of his pictures, propped up on a rock. Something similar to: Villains on parade on Flickr - Photo Sharing!
But not quite that intricate. I already have started his rock, out of chicken wire and paper mache, and plan on using some pvc pipe, wire and paper mache for his torso. My current problem is figuring out how to do his head, because it is so recognizable that if I mangle it I feel it would ruin the prop. Does anyone have any advice? Anything would be greatly appreciated! ^_^
