I found this today on Fright Catalog
Lenticular Woman Portrait < Animated Props < Halloween Props < Fright Catalog, Inc.
I think this is new because I keep up with all of the Halloween prop online stores before Halloween.
I am not sure what it does.
    Does anyone know?
I have a room full of changing portraits in my haunt.
One of them is actually a dropping panel.
I am always looking for new portraits.
I like to buy new stuff this time of year to avoid the Halloween panic.

I found this description of the "Lenticular Man Portrait" I don't know if they have the same effects though:

Lenticular man portrait is made of plastic, is motion activated and measures approximately 12 wide x 14 tall. Photo changes from a normal man to an electrified man depending on the angle that you look at the photo. Also his eyes light up red and he says Help Me! with screaming and blowing wind in the background. Includes attached stand and nail hole for easy installation along with (3) AA batteries and Try Me button.

    Hope that helps,
    the halloweenie

    Ah ok.
So it is really just a changing portrait with some cheezy sounds effects and lighted eyes.

It must be similar to a Haunted Mirror prop I got from Target.
When triggered, it would light up and the lenticular picture inside would be "tilted" slightly by a small motor and cause the image to change.
The effect would probably be better on that portrait you listed. I see it says it is animated, but don't see any details.

    This one is pretty cool-

    YouTube - MagicMirror

The cheapest I've seen it is on ebay for 75 bucks. That ain't cheap enough for me! But it does look cool.

I've seen this thing in person at Sam's Club......I wasnt impressed, it looked hokey to me and kind of goofy, I think it was about $60

I am not really interested in mirrors. I made one myself that is much better than anything sold. Here is a video at 1:53 time
YouTube - Chestnut Hill 2009 Props

I am looking for a new twist on the changing portraits.
I have several of them. This year I grouped a few of them together an made one of them a drop panel. See 3:20 time on the video.

I have seen some home made portraits that have the painting on either a mesh or scrim. The prop or actor is seen from behind when a strobe light comes on. I think I might try that.

If you are talking about the Vampire Portrait.
It is a CGI that I got from youtube.com.
I added the frame around it in movie editing software then played it on the LCD screen hanging in the cathedral ceiling of our Clubhouse/Haunted House.
Next year, the portrait will be on a smaller LCD screen playing in the entrance lobby.
