I am going tomorrow at Micheal with my wife and I have a 50% off any item coupons and I wonder what should I get?
Please inform me on what maybe I should get? A project to try?
I am willing to try anything. I am (used to be a cartonnist), so,I do have some talent in the arts.
Thank you for any sugestions and I will post pics of whatever project I will try! (L)

The first thing I thought of was Celluclay. It's like $25 so a half off coupon would really help.
Celluclay is like pre-measured paper mache clay. All you have to add to it is water. When it dries, it is very strong. Used to form monsters, cover hardware cloth forms and anything else your imagination can create. Search the forum here for 'Celluclay' and you will see many items made with it.

By the way, here's a picture of Terra that shows much of her body was formed with the stuff (the gray):

A nice airbrush like the Badger Anthem 155 or similar, you can use it for painting and detailing anything and everything. That coupon can get you a great gun for the price of a mediocre one.
Or buy the biggest canvas they have and start painting, and once you finish one painting sell it and buy two canvases and so on and so on...We stopped checking for monsters under our beds when we realized they were inside of us

I went at the one beside Ikea and boy, it's way smaller than the one in Orleans. Anyway, I bought at Micheal and Ikea, things that should be useful for Halloween
: a new gluegun, better quality than the one I had. (at Micheal) for only 3.99$
: an Power Block Grounded Cord (a 22foot outside power cord that as a 3 way end) 12$ instead of 25$ on special.
: Some Celluclay!! (used the coupon) I bought only the small pack for now, got it at 5$ instead of 10$.
At Ikea, got a nice tool set for only 7.99$, a scews set box for only 3.99$, and 2 2/packs of powerbars for only 4.99$ each.
Now, I wonder can I use the Celluclay on a styrofoam head? Will it stick to it?
Thank you for the suggestions. I will post pic as soon I start the new project.

I have had issues with celluclay de-laminating itself off of stuff, but it might stick

Sounds like a great haul. Yes, the Celluclay does stick to styrofoam. The head of Terra in the picture I put up-thread is a styro wig head, then Celluclay, then Paperclay (fine white paper clay).
Post pictures!

Are the power bars electrical, or a nutritional energy source to get you ready for the project?
