I have to ask, what happens after halloween? This was my first year of prop building and I now have 15 bins of decorations and props but something like that I couldn't store unless I wanted to give up valuable real estate in my barn.

Do you store it, throw it out, dismantle it? If you throw it out do the the garbage men take it?

One of the members gave me a great idea for next year that will involve a lot of paper mache and I'm trying to figure out the dismantle and disposal piece now.

I designed this to comes apart into pieces , I have quite a large yard so storing is not a problem, the red shed you see in the background is filled with halloween items,i keep this outside beside the shed. I have a double garage and the mauseluem I built also is in the corner, the horse drawn hearse is on top of it the other big prop is a 12 foot tall fountain that is hung to the roof of the garage, tombstones are in the rafters. If theres a place it probably has some kind of halloween item in it or around it. when I made it It and oteher styrofaom props i had a tonne of garbage, literally. Sorry tree huggers but it did go to the dump . I have about 12 more big styrofaom pieces that are 4 foot by 4 foot behind the garage that will be made into somthing some day.
