Just picked up 4 of the animated deer christmas decorations from Home depot today. The motors should be great for FCGs, etc. and the price can't be beat. The motors on the does are not soldered to the frame, so there's no need to destroy the prop to get the motor off. The motors on the stags are soldered on, so if you're looking to use the motors in other props, go with the doe.

FCG - Flying crank ghost. Pretty much a staple motorized prop. There are lots of great tutorials here. Check them out.

I just picked up two does and two bucks. The dremel can take care of the motor, if I need it back on the buck...well I took a welding class two years ago, I could use the practice.
If you are interested, the supply of these is dwindling...in Houston anyway.
