Ok...this is for xmas but figure the info. could be good for halloween wiring as well.

My plan is create a led chandelier using a lighted spiral tree like so:


I am going to take off the non-led lights and replace them with led string lights (120v) that I bought from Walmart. Also, I bought 3 led star tree toppers (battery operated) that I want to suspend in the middle of the spiral tree:



Ok, so here is the kicker. I need it to be battery operated. I was thinking of adding small solar panel for it to charge during the day. Maybe, something from harbor freight?

Finally, I saw a xmas remote control to turn on/off lights for like $9 that I would like to add.

Big order I know but figure it could be accomplished with the know how here...

Any ideas on how to kick this project off?
