Already planning and starting construction for next year and had a quick sound question. I have a few props that I want to play a sound when triggered by motion detection. Do most of you simply loop a sound on a small mp3 player and then the motion trigger turns on a set speakers? Or is there a better way to make sure the sound starts from the beginning so that you are catching the whole sound everytime a trigger happens. Let me know and thanks!

madman, we offer a MP3 player specifically designed to be used in the situation you describe. It has a trigger input for somethink like a PIR motion sensor and once it is triggered it will play an audio track until the track is finished and then wait for another trigger. It also has a delay timer that allows you to set the delay time after the audio track ends before it will accept another trigger. It may be overkill for what you are trying to do but if you have questions let me know.

Those look like both great options! Is there also a low-tech (read less expensive
) way to accomplish this?... otherwise those boards look pretty great!
