This little fog machine just won't quit. I have owned since 2001 and have never had to do any repairs to it. On the other hand my Chauvet Hurricane 1250 has been a nonstop issue for the three years that I have had it.

I have a "The fog machine" too. I can't believe how great they are for the price!

That is so wierd. I have the same fog maker that I bought years ago but have not used it in at least 2 years because I got a bigger one. It has been stored in the attic here in Phoenix for all that time which gets to be about 200 degrees in the summer. Well this year I plugged my big fog machine in on halloween and nothing - nada. Dead as a doornail. So I brought out this little one filled it up and away it went - it cranked all night long without a problem! I was amazed!

Yep mine is stored in the attic also which isn't pretty here in Louisiana either. Funny thing is if you look at the 700watt eliminator fog machine it looks the same as this one. I need to buy one of those and see if they are the same.

I love fog machines. I do believe we have three and one bubble fogger.

I have three of these, 2 400 watt, and one 700 watt.
The 700 watt got a bit wet (repeatedly) at a haunt I was working last year, and resultingly the nozzle got a bit rusty and clogged.
Amazingly, when I took it apart, everything inside was fine, and the pump was going strong.
I simply took a 1/16" drill bit, bored the clog out of the heating element, and poof, worked better than ever!
