We moved out haunted house from a private residence to the middle of our hometown at a place we call the Depot. It used to be a place where the train would unload supplies for our town long long ago. It's a large elevated plateform with a roof and has six 16X20 foot sections that we made into seperate theme rooms. It is made out of very old wood and is aged well giving it that haunted feeling. It was all closed in with black sheeting and you walked from room to room. Anyway, we charged a can good to enter which was donated back to the town and it was a big success!! We also dyed the water fountain there red and threw in a body. Here is the link to the pictures and an embedded video of a night vision camera in my room area.!
Well, the street our haunted house was on every year was blocked with a trafic jam with so many people coming in so our Mayor offered the depot to us. He was actually in one of our coffins this year!!! The depot is kinda a public thing that anyone can use for gatherings anyway. If you look at the pictures, you can see it. This year we had about a 20 to 30 minute wait to go through it.
