Thanks HS,
I use a variety of skeletons:
Four Buckys: Helm, Greeter, and two Singers
Two Barts: Crow's Nest, Rum Drinker
Two Barneys: Chess Players
One Paul "equivalent" (purchased at World Market): Popup skelly
I start setting up the second week in October. It takes just about every free second of time I have (which isn't many with a full-time job and three kids) in October to get it all up and ready. I even took off three days. During the final week, I bring some stuff in at the end of each night for safety. I was still getting everything hooked up at 5:30 on Halloween night!!! A lot of time is taken up with running extension cords, hooking up DMX packs, running air lines and speaker wires, and playing with lighting.

Excellent set up! Now I have even more ideas to work on for next year!
Dead Men Tell No Tales
Pirates do not cry, except in the case of the loss of a shipload of rum.

That setup is fantastic, I'm with everyone else. The attention to detail is phenomenal, can't wait to see it next year!!
