Oh boy, talked about open ended question.

    Where do I begin?

I want to do an endless hallway (like endless well/hole) and maybe an elevator room.

I've just started making my "to do" list, but it looks pretty similar:

    A lot of tombstones
    A proper cemetery gate
More fencing (I only have 32 feet done so far)
    Animated ground breaker
    Mausoleum
Crypt w/ animated sliding drawer(s) - I have NO CLUE how to do this one yet
Some static figures to place around the cemetery
    And more!

Wow, this gets addictive quickly, doesn't it?

A couple of halloweens ago, my kids wanted to do an Egyptian room. We took several 4'x8' sheets of 1" foam insulation board and carved full sized reliefs of egyptian figures on them. My son is pretty talented at drawing so he sketched while my daughter and I carved. They turned out fantastic!
The sheets aren't cheap..(what is these days)...but I got double duty out of them by painting delapidated dining room walls on the flip side. Light weight...easy to hang and easy to store..very versatile stuff.

Cerberus, I used velcro dots to mount my boarded up windows which are made from 3/4" sheets of pink styrofoam. Held through the 2 weeks before Halloween, including a pretty fierce rain/wind storm.

I want to do Silent Hill... I have lots of props already to transform them in Silent hill creatures...

Do you guys think Silent Hill is already to old for people to get it?

rebuild egypt?!?! wow! that IS a big project!!! can't wait to see pics!

    myself, i need to:

start making tombstones and an oogie boogie wheel of misfortune to be added to my growing nightmare before christmas tribute room

purchase more tension rods (invaluable tools!! cleaned target out of the large ones this year)

set up a sensor near the drive activate yard lights to shine on a tree ghoul

    buy more creepy cloth/funkins

design a better looking witchdoctor/voodoo bar

work on the guest powder room...i personally think that the mummy standing next to the sink facing the toilet was trilling and needs to be repeated!! LOL don't know why people couldn't pee!!

btw, those pumpkin kreeps posted above look scary as hell!! can you imagine "bumping into" a 10 foot tall critter like that one that lurks in the shadow?!?! i'm all about making people uncomfortable!

ckenyon, I may take your advice on that. I used industrial strength mounting tape, which stuck to the frame too well and the foam boards not so much.

I am also gonna ass endless hallway to my list. Thanks for the reminder!

We're doing the same thing , 4x8' sheets of styrofoam. Since we can't get the pink or blue , we'll be using the white. Will burn in the Hieroglyphics which are going to be puzzles that our guest will try to solve at the party.
Lots of work but I have a few helping hands so it should go fast.
The styrofoam sheets I'll be using are 1/4" and will be backed by cardboard. Still lightweight but sturdier since the styrofoam is only 1/4" thick.
