Haha awesome. I filled one bin full of extension cords. Another bin full of spot lights. Another bin full of lights for the spots lights. And a final bin for string lights.

I had several momments this year where I thought out loud: "Why the hell did I ever buy 2 prong?"

It's incredible too, that we'll spend $6 on a really nice extension cord to control a single string of $2 lights, or even a single C7 that costs less than $1. When I confessed to my wife that we own $900 worth of extension cords and use them to connect $300 worth of lighting, she was a bit perturbed. I probably saved my marriage by not telling her how much 172 channels of LOR costs. Still, she takes pride in telling all the friends and relatives that we were in the newspaper for Halloween and won the local Christmas decorating contest for the nth year in a row.

Every chrismas sale when target hits 70 to 90% off I just load the cart up with all their green cords that work so much better than safety orange! This year I had a new helper for a few hours who asked what she could do... Told the kid She was the director of haunting power, then handed her a tub of cords and said.... We need power from here, to there, there, there and from here to there, there there and there. When you're done let me know...

I have found that the best way to store extension cords is to chain and hang.
    I chain all my cords.
    Here's how to do it

I forgot about that technique. My mom used to use it except she started at one end. The middle makes the chain an even better idea.
    Muhahaha!!
