Thread: NEED HELP - just bought Techno 400 fogger

New member -first time posting. Looking for some help. Purchased a Techno 400 fogger for my front yard graveyard. However the machine is producing no fog. This has the remote unit, and the instructions call for the machine to be warmed up then to press the button to fog.

However there is no button to press on the unit, the only possible option is to depress the remote from warming up to ready. After I press that the machine goes silent.... Thanks for any help.. I don't think this is a warm vs chilling issue.

I don't have the same fogger as you, but it sounds a lot like mine. On mine, the remote has a light and an on/off switch that's spring loaded, so that it reverts to the off (o) position. My instructions also say to plug it in, turn it on, and after it warms up, push the button. Like you, I was looking for a separate button than the on/off switch until I realized that that's the button they're talking about. Once the machine is warmed up, you push the on ("-") button on the remote and keep holding it down. After a couple of seconds, the fog starts coming out as long as you hold the button down--or until it cools back down. I hope this helps.
