Hello everyone, hope my first post/question isn't too lame.

I know it's late in the game, but I found this image online and would like to achieve the same effect. I tried to use a blacklight, shining down from above my webbing, but it doesn't look like this at all. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated & thanks in advance!

Is your webing the glow in the dark type? Looks like that's what they used instead of the standard white.

That is definitely glow in the dark web. It is green. Regular webbing does not glow. I have not found any of the green glow web this year.

I wonder if it is the difference between using green web and white web, the white would look purple and the green would look green as it has flourescence.

you would want to get the glow in the dark netting or the white and get some of the glow in the dark spray. Then you just need a black light bulb.

Thanks for tips. I really appreciate it. I'd never heard of glow-in-the-dark spray, but plan to look it up-- very cool. Thanks for helping this rook out!

    Bingo

Out of all the stores I've been to, someone had glow in the dark web, but forgot who.

Also, it looks like there is more than one UV light source. One from above and one on the right side of the candle. There is a slight reflection on the ceiling too.
    Muhahaha!!

Look for glow in the dark hair spray sold with the costumes -in Houston, I think Walgreens has it. if you can't find that, try flourescent spray paint, I know Home Depot has it. Test a small area first. I would stretch it out some before I spray it and spray lightly then test with the black light.
