Okay... here's a last minute prop I threw together.

Somehow, I aquired this Christmas Elf(?) animated prop. Honestly, it looked a little scary right from the start! LOL!

Well.... He seemed...'odd'.... so I had to check his head to see if he was feeling okay. ... a little knife-work, minor surgery... :

Well...at least he doesnt have any more headaches. LOL!

Oops! got some extra gooey brain matter all over the place: "GreatStuff"! It's perhaps the most wonderful prop making material out there. I just walk around the house with it.... spray some here...more guts there... NICE!

Anyways. Did some minor blood control...thanks to the vampires. And woila!
Exploding Christmas Elf - brain matter.!!

Plug him in, and his head turns left/right a little bit, and his right arm goes up and down. My next addition, is going to be a piece of his skull in the moving hand...

And to finish it up, I'm gonna put a bowl of Jello (with worms) and grab a handful and shove 'em in my face when the kiddies arrive! LOL!

Poor little elf. You should be ashamed of yourself !!!!!

LOL GREAT job. And you're right - he was kinda scary right outta the gate.
You know you have a successful haunt when the ADULT visitors pee their pants.

That's hysterical, but why the change of clothes to business casual? he, he. would love to see the head turning, post a video when you're done. Of course, the piece of skull will have bleeding brain bits drippng from it?

I wonder if the folks who invented (or figured out how to package) GS knew how really great it would be?

But, never use the water soluable stuff, it is the pits, I don't know if they even sell it any longer. I used it one year on a 'devil chimney' and it just fell apart if you touched it. Wound up scraping it all off then converted my chimney for Santa.

This turned out amazing! I love the expression on his face and the way his eyes are looking up at his brains. He was super creepy as just an elf (I hate dolls), but you made him into a masterpiece.

That is SO great! My wife got mad last year when I put a groundbreaker (in a Santa hat) in front of the cute light-up penguins in the front yard.

I'll have to show her this!
