Thread: Fogger repair / replacement parts?

So I ordered the Chauvet Hurricane 900 before I read about the "Chauvet Experience" in these forums. While I am sad to say it arrived DOA, I am very happy to report that Rasheen Williams (Chauvet customer service) sent me out a replacement on nothing more than my word that it was broken and a copy of my invoice.

I'll try to remember to report back when I've had a chance to use it and compare against the $25 Lowe's special I bought in the meantime.

The reason for this post, however, is to see if anyone knows where to obtain parts for these beasties. I have disassembled the dysfunctional fogger and determined the pump is not pumping. It's a "solenoid pump", model 33DSB (Micro Pump (33DSB), China Micro Pump (33DSB) products- China Micro Pump (33DSB) Manufacturer, supplier), but not wanting 1000 of them, I can't seem to obtain a replacement.

Barring that, I'll keep it for spare parts... but I really rather have a spare that *works*!

Nope, he just sent me a replacement, no strings. Having read the reports from others regarding Chauvet's problematic past, I was very impressed with this level of support.
