I put up my last two props in my garage last night. I posted a video earlier this week of my old chest fogger and at the time I envisioned a floating skeleton ghost above the chest, pulling up on it and staring at the TOT'ers as they walked by the chest. I have a strobe light inside the chest with the fog rolling over the edges, spilling onto the floor.
These are pictures from this afternoon so no fogger going for these pics but it should be pretty cool on Halloween night.
And then I strategically placed a $5.00 mask outside my garage window, peeping through the corner. Of course during the day it's not too menacing but I tested it out last night and have a flashlight outside shining on it's face from below and to the side and it's very creepy. My 9-year old daughter gets scared of it each time she sees it.

Thanks! Since the ghost doesn't necessarily have a body, I want it to look like it's coming out of the wall and tried to do that by attaching the fabric to the back wall and then the use of the spray paint. I'm wondering if I should try and come up with a cotton type cloud look or just leave it as is?
Any suggestions?

I like it how it is MX. I need to use up some space at the end of my hallway and I might try doing something similar to that?!. Great idea!

I really digging the reaper in the window scene. All the parts look like they belong (blood splatter, corn stalk, webbing, wheelbarrow and the saw blade is a nice touch, Im not sure why but it works), nice work.
What type/color of hi-light lighting are you going with for the reaper?2011 Ultimate Spider, click below

Nicework, always great when you can take a simple idea and apply it with great effect. It sure doesnt always have to be expensive or complicated to be scary and effective.
EVERY DAY TO ME IS HALLOWEEN!

Thanks everyone and I am satisfied with how it turned out and will leave it as is. At some point, I need to walk away and quit working on this stuff and start focusing on the costumes!

The lighting for the reaper in the window are just two small flashlights coming from the left and then one below. Not colored filters or anything like that.
