So everyone knows how fun this prop is. I bought mine about three or four years ago and have used it every Halloween. This year, however, the mouth just stopped working.

I mean it still moves, but not nearly as well and with quite a bit of noise. Anyone know if there's an easy way to open these up and repair the problem? The mic still works and the head moves. Would love to fix it before Halloween.
