I have a Gemmy Witch with couldron (new a Lowe's this year) and an Edwardian Bulter that I bought last year. Both have damage to the control card due to a power surge. Can anyone help me with parts or repair of these items. As expected, Gemmy does not have a customer service department and they don't know anything about the internal workings of their props.

That's exactly why I don't buy any Gemmy props. They are made so cheaply, that you get one year out of them, and then have to use them as static props.

Where can you buy better props that have the animation and movement similiar to these props. They are really cool when they work. They just don't work long.

Make your own. There are tons of tutorials out there, and many people here you can ask for help. There are places you can buy better made props, but you will be spending in the upper hundreds to thousands of dollars. Here is a link to one of them:

I agree, lets looks at this pragmatically, if you spend 150 to 200 for a gemmy (assuming you bought it at a chain store) then if you get one season out of it its great, then now is your chance to get creative and rebuild it your way! Start doing your own animatronic and mod it to be better, more flexible and unique!

O what fun it is to hack a gemmy!
