I want to do a lightning maker to go with my prop setup this year. It's last minute and I don't have time to buy online and ship. Anyone got a instructable on how to make?

Can you go 'manual'? Is is pretty late to rig your own, unless you have lots of electronics experience at the ready.

So find your volunteer, give them switches to flick on/off....I know it sounds kinda lame, but it can look just as good (or better) than any box to do so.


Don't know your location, but I found a "Lightning Machine" at a Tuesday Morning, last year a few days out from H-Day.

You can search on 'color organ' for a posible circuits to recreate yourself if you have some basic parts and wiring ability.

I can definitely go manual. Plenty of experience with electronics.
