Just about finished my groundbreaker. Used liquid latex and tissue to dress him, then some dark mahogany woodstain. Very pleased with the result!
Only thing left to do is the eyes, as I'm still undecided on what to do with them.
The base is just painted wood.. I have collected about 10 bags of leaves that I will use to cover my front garden (it's concrete you see) and cover the bases of the groundbreaker and tombstones.
