After making two groundbreakers and planning my third, I was feeling like I just didn't want to really finish the thing... so instead of in the ground, I went with above the ground.
(We've got some trees that were just dying for decoration)
Here's the torso hanging in the foreground:
And some closeups:
I got my first prop comment ever -- "What store did you get that from? I've got to go get one!" BIG ego boost to say, "You won't find it in a store, I made it".
I am SOOOO addicted to this now. I'll need a storage shed by the time 2010 rolls around!

It fits in great with those heads hanging in the background! What did you make it out of?

The definetly deserved the prop comment. Your prop is amazing and I look foward to seeing more of your props in the future. Keep posting the great ideas.

Thanks for all the compliments! It's just a "standard" groundbreaker -- PVC pipe frame with rolled newspaper ribs, then covered with paper mache. It was initially going to be breaking out of the ground with its arms outstretched.
