If anyone has ANY experience with the webcaster gun please help me.
I first operated it and it was working fantastically, I put in the glow in the dark sticks and started doing webbing after about 2 mins the glue starts flipping over the top of the spout and just covers the gunand never reallysprays....
I am close to breaking my 50 dollars that I spent please advise if you have had this problem....
Just used my webbing gun last weekend and had some similar problems. I found that my pressure needed to be pretty high to get it to work well somewhere around 75-90 psi seemed the best. The problem with that is I have a small pancake compressor and it can't keep it at that pressure for very long. Also the angle that your air tube it as will effect how your glue flows I got a lot of globs and after a few adjustments I got less but I still get some.
It seems to work the best when my compressor tank was full and I gave it a nice even flow of glue. If you have to little air or squeeze too hard and too much glue comes out then you can get lots of globs. I just kept some sticks around to clean of the glue gobs that built up on my gun. Next year I think I will try to borrow my dads compressor for the weekend, it was like everytime I got a good flow going I would run out of air and have to turn it off the wait for the compressor.
