Did you open up the machine and actually feel the heater element directly? I know the V960 I have when it heats up, does not feel hot at all anywhere around the case, even when blasting full on. It's only a 1100watt heater, but I actually thought it was going to get warm. Does your fog machine work at all.. I am guessing not after letting it heat up for 10 mins? Sounds like the heater is dead.

Hmm.. sounds like heater element. You got a Fry's, Guitar Center, Target, Walmart, etc near you? If so, they have 400/700/1000 watt machines there. Depending on it's use, you could rig a $10 motion detector to fire off fog on a manual remote button machine, or for a graveyard scene, you'll want to see if you can get the $10 timer remote.

Chat? Is there an IM live chat feature on here? OR do you mean PM? If PM, shoot me a PM and I'll reply.
