A suggestion:
More congealed blood
Parts of skull bone showing through flesh
Just maybes but I think they could really enhance the look

he made to hang or sit all of his joints move even his head can turn so he cant stand but i will finish him in the next week i could not figure out wheather to put clothes on him or not

he is 3ft tall? Put him in a footed sleeper that is falling apart. That way you have a baby zombie.

well his body isnt the size of a bay its more like a miniture man lol if ya see what i mean lol
