I mentioned this on the other forum, so I decided to share here as well.
Here is a video of my 2 axis eyes. This design is unique and I plan on going for a patent. No big details, just very different.
Oh and the noise was servo, but not due to drag in the eye sockets. I had a screw binding against a plastic part. I will post another video once I get the extra noise out.

Too much trouble and if you think about it, it's not like I am gonna make a million selling 2 axis eyes.
