I'm really hoping to do a pallet walkway this year (or possibly next).

The only thing I'm not quite sure about is how they got the walls to stand up, as they have a brick wall (we do too)...

We're doing a Halloween (Jason) thing, so I was also thinking about using some pallet to create a sort of dock they could walk on too.

(sorry I know i'm really bad at wording my questions. ^_^

In the first few pictures they look like they are in construction and leaning. later when the top is on in picture 9, 12 and 16 (counting across and down) what I see is they have connected them together on each side to make a wall and then an arch over the top to keek them upright. Also you see supports going the the brick walls so it dont rock. I dont believe the wood going to the walls are corrected but just put in place to keep it tight. My guess is the top beams are the solution with maybe a few large L brackets.

Looks like the pallets are connected with 2x4s then screwed or nailed into the wall of the house and then for the other side the might be a small 2x4 in that bush or another wall its probley mounted to whatever is in the bush.

basically it looks like they made a big square, the 2x4s goin across the creates a support and makes such a wide base. If you are building one against a brick wall and the other end is open I would suggest doing some sort of brace on the open side that keeps it stable so it doesnt collapse sideways such as the high tech diagram below
