Well I should say basically complete. I still have to dirty him up somewhat but the basics are done. I used a foam skull, plastic bone hands, a reaper robe.
1/2" PVC pipe for neck (toned with dirt brown paint and flat black), Green chicken wire for the torso. The reaper blade is plastic from The Card Factory outlet which I painted the blade chrome and then added red paint for blood. please feel free to give advice or any comments for that fact. The pictures are taken with a cell phone camera.
Heres 2 picks.

Looks great! I like the blood on the blade... icky touch!

I would suggest placing him somewhere that you can have him uplighted with a red spot or similar. He'll be so scary!

I was thinking a red or Purple or UV I have tested it with a uv led bulb and it looks pretty creepy. Heck he is creepy without a light on. I just got back in from getting the mail came in and I freaked myself out with forgetting he was standing up.
As for the blood I love to add blood to things as far as I remember I added a blood effect to almost everything. Carved pumpkins had it with freddy claws ripping through it, stuff like that.
The reaper is added this year I also will have a severed head which will have a raven sitting on top of it with an eye ball hanging out its mouth but the unique factor is blood will be running out of the wounds, it will be in a bird bath with blood in it instead of water.
I'm hoping the kids get scared or something.
