I apologize if these pictures don't excite you as they aren't pictures of a prop, per-se. I spent about 7 hours making all of this. About 6 hours of that was all last night. Whew! I'm tired! I had to solder maybe 100 solder joints.
I used a large project enclosure box for the Lynxmotion SSC-32 board because
I want room to install more connectors in the future for additional servo projects for the future.
The smaller box in this picture is the remote servo power box. This supplies
6 volts of power to the servos locally at the witch. The cables I made plug into
the extension cables coming out of the box, and the servos plug into the pins sticking out of the box. Hmm, I should have probably added an on/off switch to this box, too. Maybe I can scrounge one up from some junk.
The cabling is about 60 feet long. Tested it all out and amazingly, everything actually worked! Phew! I was nervous that it wasn't going to work.

Nice job. I always like to see projects that are wired so neatly. It is definitely worth the extra time invested.

Is that skull part of the witch? Is there a mask for it?

Actually I love to see stuff like this too and I am always trying to come up with clean wiring and enclosure solutions. I think it goes a long way to making things quick and easy to set up and debug. Nice work!

Yes, that's the witch head. But there is no skull. You can see the mask lying on the floor to the left in that picture. The lexan plate is similiar in design to the EvilBob, but not exactly. The top of the head (which is the white thing you see) is actually part of a female styrofoam wig head with the bottom cut off and sections cut out to allow room for the eye servo. I had planned on 2-axis eyes but I didn't have enough servo parts and time to do the 2nd axis, so I'm just doing side-to-side eye movement this year. The jaw is made from shaped aluminum bars. I probably should have used smaller aluminum to make it a little lighter, but oh well. I ended up having to add some counter weight to the rear of the head because it was too front-heavy.
