    Well I got a working model.

    Not pretty and I need to work on the VSA routine. I wanted to show movement, but the moves are too frequent and sudden.

    Thought I would share the design.

    I need to do some weight reduction which should help reduce the bounce. I may have to rethink the Jaw and go to a linkage further down the jaw to reduce the bounce. I really like the whole idea of no visible linkage though.

    Looks great! I like the range of motion and quick movements. And your eye mechanism works great. I'm going to do that next year. I had 1-axis eyes on my witch this year, but the gears stripped on the servo I used for it and I decided not to replace it. I had to replace 3 other servos already and the new ones cost me $40 a pop.
