the witches are masks, and i made the eyes. i think i got them at k-mart, and walgreens, after the season a few years ago. one of them needed alot of glue this year to repair her. i think what i'll try for, next season is to make them out of pink foam. following the tutorial from

and thank you again......i had some one stop today and ask "where" i bought him from......when i told them i made him......well they were floored. they asks what i charge to make them one too!!!
