    Hey everyone,
this is my first posting and my first animated prop I did last year (ive done more since). Short movie here - looks better in the dark. Instructions and full pics are being uploaded soon.

    Here's a move link.

I redid it this year due to my brother "borrowing" my props for a party and it was sabotaged. Anyways, This allowed me to document the process and share it with you. I made other props that are being redone this year and will post them soon.

My daughter wanted a real witch brewing her evil potion, so thats what i gave her. She stirs on our porch and scares most little kids away.

I did this on the cheap but there isn't much I would change if I had the extra bucks to spend. Here is a list of what i used.

From around the house of the home improvement store.
An old rotisserie motor with it's spear.
PVC Pipe - Depending on the height you want, I used two 8' 1 1/2" pipes
One 3' piece of 1" pvc pipe
    4 PVC elbows
    3 PVC Tees
1 PVC 1 1/2" Tee with 1 inch outlet for picot arm
    2 Sturdy Coat hangers
    1 Rope light
    Zip Ties
Small 18" piece of Wired fence or chicken wire type.
3 pool foam noodles (float things)
Small piece of plywood and a couple pieces of small scrap lumber
    Spray Adhesive
    Hot glue
    dry wall screws
A 10" or 12" threaded rod or machine screw.
Wing nut and washers for the Rotisserie spear and threaded rod.

    From the Halloween Store
A large 20" plastic Cauldron from a halloween store (it has a 17" neck opening.
    A witchy rubber mask
    Two black gowns'
    Monster gloves
    Witches hat
    Cheap bamboo broom

From the Craft or party Store
    A purple plastic table runner.
A clear, sturdy clear plastic tray measuring 16" in diameter - from a party store (it cost $3.50) it was 16" and fit perfectly into the large cauldron.
You can also use a 16" round piece of pexiglass
Roll of Colored cellophane - I used Red and Yellow/orange

So you see - its nothing big, nothing expensive.

Im currently working on instructions in severeal parts.
    I'll link it here.

    looks great!!!
IMO- unfortunately, when pics get posted in October some threads get missed because it is soooo busy here. This is a great looking witch and I'm sorry I missed it the first time around. And thank you for the tutorial.
