    Hi Does anyone know if their is a need to lubricate air cylinders??? I haven't in the past 3 Years but i would rather take preventive care of my props than to have catastrophic meltdown on the 31st..

    if you feel the need to, you can place a couple of drops in the inlet port on each of your cylinders and you should be fine. The lubrication lasts a long time.

    just make sure you are using something designed for air components like air tool oil. You never want to use household lubricants like WD40. Certain lubricants can actually cause the seals inside the cylinder and valves to swell up.
