A little battery powered plastic fan, a few little mirrors I glued directly to the blades, a green laser mounted to a 2X4. Simple....
and trust me the pics do it NO justice. You can only imagine how hard it is to get a pic of this thing...

Nice! I'm curious, I'm doing something similar, but not having much luck getting a full circle. but more ovals and "spirograph" shapes. Is yours a perfect circle?

Do you have a photo of the actual prop? Looks really cool and you make it sound easy. Did you have it pointed straight up in the air? Also did you happen to shoot any video? That's what we really want to see!
