Thread: Cemetry entrance archway from PVC?

I tried searching but it doesn't work on my iPhone. Sorry. Any way I am thinking I want to add an archway to me cemetery. Has anyone used just PVC? I don't want to add columns or anything like that. I want it to look rustic because my fence is a basic rustic wooden type. I have ideas for the arch but just wanted to get some fresh perspective. Thanks in advance.

Absolutely! You can make it look like a wrought iron fence. Use the PVC to make a four sided pillar, sort of like a long rectangle frame. One tall pillar on each side, then make an arch to go across the top.

You can slightly bend and warp the PVC using a heat gun (or the stove top like I did) to give it a twisted warped look. Then paint it black with rusty accents and you're good to go.

I found a nice one around here last year that gave me inspiration to make 40' of cemetery fence. Got to try to find it.
