Thread: Cryptozoology Specimen Jars?

Does anyone have any ideas for specimen jars that go with a cryptozoology / mad scientist/ area 51 theme? I have a ton of jars from canning jar sized all the way down to 1" tall and I'm having a hard time coming up with ideas that stick with this years chosen themes..

I was wanting to make some mini versions as party favors as well.

you can use some of those body part jello molds and create some specimens with those

I made one with very weak coffee (for the colour) and fishing lures (?) I found in Wal-Mart's fishing department.... You can see it in the background, on your right....

You could look for some growing aliens, you know, the kind the grow when put in water? If your good at sculpting, you could try to make some creatures out of clay, paint, and seal it with some 100% silicone from a hardware store(the kind that comes in a tube, like caulking)
