    hey guys,


    I am having trouble getting Jason to stand to his full 6ft... I took b oth the locks on the bottom, I tried lifting him up by his shoulders but he isn't budging... can anyone tell me what I;m doing wrong?
    HALLOWEEN IS CREEPING UP ON US!!!!!
