I am having great touble getting my puter to "identify" the prop-1 controller. I have tried both the direct serial cable and the usb. For the usb, i have downloaded the driver, but when I hook it all up it still tells me it can't recognize the driver or device... I have run through the Parallax troubleshooting list and have adjusted FIFO buffers according to the guide and still I can't get the Basic Stamp to "identify".
I do have the adapter plugged in correctly (chevrons line up) and I do have power both to usb and Prop-1 (lights are on)..
I have to travel for the next couple of days, but if anyone has advice it would be greatly appreciated, thx
