Thats pretty cool...very organic. One suggestion I may offer would be to throw some burlap on that guy. A simple, tattered "shawl-type" look may look good.
I, personally, think Scarecrows are underused and underrated!

Nice creepy face!
I like the idea of fleshing out the body a little more... would look awesome with some tattered decaying fabric hanging from the shoulder area.

Very neat but I agree about the body. Hard to tell it's a scarecrow really, just looks like a mask on some sticks. But it's gonna look great when you're done. *big grin*

Hallow and nice job on the SC! More vines? maybe. But see how he looks up-lit in the dark first. Maybe some twig hands would also be fun - and you may find a couple old crows to sit on his shoulder! Put a sign in front - "Corn Field - this way >" and you may even be able to get away without adding any burlap. He is kinda cute in a Tim Burton sort of way...
